I have over 13 years of experience working as a qualified clinical psychologist for the NHS working for various NHS trusts and have also previously worked for the National Autistic Society.
I specialise in working with children with learning disabilities. I also have particular interests in neuro developmental disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, learning disability and the assessment and diagnostics for neurodevelopmental conditions.
I also have extensive experience of working with staff teams, schools, residential children's homes and other organisations - providing consultation, training and intervention work. Recent and current organisational input has included: Isle of Man Department of Health and Social Care; Independent and public sector schools in Staffordshire and Shropshire in relation to clinical assessments;
I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Chartered Psychologist.
As an independent applied psychologist I carry full professional indemnity insurance and I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office.
